Cancellation Policy
We need your Visa / card details to guarantee the room booking – If you cancel within 7 days of the arrival date or leave earlier than your agreed stay we will charge the 1st night of your stay to your card (less £ 2.50 pp per room per night for food and bedding not used ).If cancelled lass then 24 hours or a ‘ No Show ‘ on the day we will charge the full cost of the stay again less £ 2.50 pp as per above Info.
We always try and be fair & if we relet the room will refund accordingly. We are only a small business and cannot easily relet the rooms at short notice -You may wish to take out an Insurance cancellation policy to cover this.
