CANCELLATION POLICY
We need your Visa / card details to guarantee the room booking--If you do not turn up on the night or cancel within 7 days of the arrival date or leave earlier than your agreed stay we will charge the full cost of the stay to your card ( less £ 5.00 per room per night ). We always try and relet the room and if we can & will refund accordingly. We are only a small business and cannot easily relet the rooms at short notice --You may wish to take out an insurance cancellation policy to cover this.
